2. Membership Plans and Refunds

2.1. Users can sign up for a free plan with limited access to features or choose to upgrade to a paid plan with expanded access.

2.2. All payments for upgraded plans are processed securely through Stripe.com. By upgrading, you agree to Stripe's payment terms and conditions. Payment information is handled and stored by Stripe, not by TripZinga.

2.3. Subscription billing occurs on a recurring basis as specified during the upgrade process (e.g., monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, access to upgraded features will remain until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

2.4. For users who opt for a lifetime plan, access to the features included in this plan will be valid for the lifetime of the application. The lifetime plan requires a one-time payment only and does not involve any recurring charges. As long as the TripZinga service is operational, you will retain access to the features offered under the lifetime plan.

2.5. Refund Policy

  • 2.5.1. Paid Memberships: Payments for paid membership plans are non-refundable. If you terminate your paid membership before the end of your billing cycle, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription. Payments are final, and no partial refunds will be issued.
  • 2.5.2. Lifetime Plan: The lifetime plan fee is a one-time payment and is non-refundable. If you have a lifetime plan and your account is terminated, no refunds will be provided.
  • 2.5.3. Exceptions: In cases where TripZinga has made an error or if you are dissatisfied with our services due to a specific issue, you may request a review for a possible refund or credit. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any decisions will be made at TripZinga's discretion.

3.1. After registration, you can input and store your tour plans, including the locations you intend to visit and the expenses associated with each location.

3.2. We may collect receipts or expenditure details voluntarily provided by you to help you keep track of your travel budget. This information is stored securely within your account and is not shared with any third parties.

3.3. We do not access, use, or disclose your tour plans, locations, expenses, or receipts for any purpose other than providing you with the intended budgeting tools and services.

4. Privacy and Data Security

4.1. Data Collection and Use TripZinga collects personal information you provide during registration, including your name and email address, to create and manage your account. 4.2. Payment Information Payment information is collected only when you decide to upgrade from a free plan to a paid plan. All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe.com. TripZinga does not store or handle your payment information directly. Stripe is responsible for processing and securing payment information according to their privacy and security policies. We do not have access to your full payment details, such as credit card numbers.

4.3. Data Security Measures We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal and travel-related data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, firewalls, and secure server configurations. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

4.4. Data Retention We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including maintaining your account and complying with legal obligations.
